The philosophy of Restaurant Wannee is based on Dutch Cuisine. The five principles illustrated by the manifesto of Dutch Cuisine were devised by SVH Master Chef Albert Kooy: culture, health, nature, quality and value.
The interior design for Wannee reflects this beautifully through the use of locally sourced wood, chairs procured from certified ‘green’ suppliers, lots of Dutch design, lamps by Sjoerd Vroonland and LED lighting by Delta Light.
The restaurant with its indoor herb garden exudes a unique atmosphere with lots of light.
